Rae’liana Tammila Johnson, 2 months, passed away at 10:50 p.m. Thursday, May 13, 2021 in the emergency room of OSF Holy Family Medical Center, Monmouth, IL.

She was born March 12, 2021 in Galesburg, IL, the daughter of Michael Johnson and Jessica Garcia.

Rae’liana was so loved by her family. Her siblings absolutely adored her. She was a happy little girl, always smiling. She was her mommy’s little Rae of sunshine and sugary sweetness. She was named after her Mawmaw Jorie Rae Scanlon and her grandmother in heaven Tammy Smith.

Rae’liana is survived by her parents; siblings, Jayliana, Myliana, Greyson and Teagan Johnson; Mawmaw, Jorie Rae Scanlon; Pawpaws, Ken Vernon and William Smith; great-grandmothers Mary Jo Hill and Essie Fennie; aunts, Juanita Jo Blea and Jada Milan Borden. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

She was preceded in death by her Abuelo, Juan Jose Garcia and paternal grandparents Michael Hill and Tammy Smith

Cremation rites have been accorded. Visitation will be held Friday, May 21, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Rae’liana Johnson Memorial Fund. McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory, Monmouth, IL, is in charge of the arrangements.
