Joan M. Keane

Joan M. Keane, 87, of Monmouth, IL, passed away at 11:23 pm, Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at the Roseville Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Roseville, IL.

Joan was born October 23, 1930 in Raritan, IL, the daughter of John D. and Anna (O’Leary) Keane.  She was raised and educated in Raritan, IL. In 1948, Joan graduated from St. Mary’s Academy in Nauvoo, IL.

She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Monmouth, IL.

Surviving are her 19 nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother Pat Keane and 2 sisters, Lillian Romano and Fran Peasley.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be 10:00 am, Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Monmouth.  Interment will be in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Raritan.  Visitation will be Friday, April 13, 2018 from 5-6:00pm at McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory, Monmouth with a Rosary Service beginning at 5:00pm.  Memorials may be given to ICS .
