Connie Rae Rayner

Connie R. Rayner, 50, of Alexis, IL, passed away at 1:15 a.m., Sunday, June 12, 2016 at her home.

She was born on August 28, 1965 in Saginaw, MI, the daughter of Melvin Edward and Margaret (Johnson) Collver. Connie was raised and educated in Saginaw. She earned her Associates Degree in Medical Billing and Coding from the Austin Community College, Austin, TX.

Connie worked at Captain Mark's Marina in Austin, TX as the Office Manager for several years. She also worked as a nanny for a time. Connie loved to draw and make crafts. She was a woman of faith who enjoyed being around children, being outdoors, and she loved her dog "Sissy".

Surviving Connie is her daughter Margaret Williamson of Madison, TN, step mother Patricia Collver; her sister Kitty Saunders and her adopted brother, Christopher Collver all of Saginaw, MI.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Melvin C. Collver.

Cremation rites have been accorded. No services are planned at this time. Interment of her ashes will be in Michigan at a later date. Memorials can be made to the Connie Rayner Memorial Fund, C/O McGuire & Davies Funeral Home, PO Box 444, Monmouth, IL 61462.
