Beverly J. Barry

Beverly J. Barry, 76, of Monmouth died at 9:15 A.M. Saturday, September 6, 2014 at her home. Beverly was born February 1, 1938 in Monmouth, IL the daughter of Ernest and Ethel (Bennett) Barry. She was raised and educated in Galesburg attending Corpus Christi School and Galesburg High School. She worked at Formfit and Western Stoneware. She loved to spend time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews and baking. Survivors include her brothers, James Barry and Gary Barry both of Monmouth, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Charles Barry. A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday, September 12, 2014 from 10:00-12:00 p.m. at McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory, Monmouth with a private family interment in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Monmouth. Cremation has been accorded. A memorial fund has been established to be designated later.
