Annette L. (Kelley) Clark

Annette L. Clark, 63, of Bettendorf, IA, formerly of Monmouth, IL, passed away at 1:17 p.m., Sunday, May 9, 2021 at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf, IA.

She was born on March 15, 1958 in Monmouth, IL, the daughter of Jack (My Kelley-Shane) Kelley and Mary Jane (Yoder) Kelley.  Annette was raised and educated in the Monmouth area and graduated from Union High School in 1976.

Annette married Mike Clark July 23, 1977 in Kirkwood, IL; he survives.

Annette worked in the office at Martha Brown LTD in Monmouth for several years.  She later worked at Tom & Linda’s Grocery Store in Monmouth.  Most recently she worked at First State Bank in Monmouth until her retirement.  Annette loved Hippos and working in her flower gardens.  Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.

Surviving Annette is her husband, Mike Clark of Bettendorf, IA; one son, Joshua (Jessica VanCamp) Clark of Bettendorf, IA; five grandchildren, Jordan Clark, Hannah Clark, Logan Clark, Parker Clark, LJ Wells; her siblings, Merri Lynn (Frank) Harding of Monmouth, IL, Jackie Kelley of Tennessee, Billie Jo Miller, Carl Kelley, Pam Kelley, Jamie Kelley, Tammy Kelley Cundiff, and Kevin Kelley.  Also surviving is special niece and nephew, Monica Arteaga Randolph and Wesley Arteaga; and special friends, Ron Fowler of Monmouth, IL, Stephanie Chapin of Monmouth, IL, and Rick Briggs of Monmouth, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 13, 2021 at Warren County Memorial Park, Monmouth, IL.  No visitation is planned.  Memorials can be made to the Hope Lodge of Iowa City, IA.  McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory, Monmouth, IL, is in charge of the arrangements.
